  • Proofs that are submitted to you must be returned signed “ok as is” before we can proceed. No employee at Rapid Press is allowed to work on your job beyond pre-press without referring to the clients signed proof.
  • Every attempt at accuracy has been made during the quote process, but if our specs above differ from what you intended or submitted please notify your C.S.R. immediately as Rapid Press will only be responsible to perform work that is detailed in the spec's above. If our client does not request a Spectrum Matchprint or a live press check then we will determine acceptable color on our client's behalf. • Press Checks will be scheduled for specific date and time that a client needs to be here. Due to the custom nature of every print job Rapid Press can not guarantee that a press sheet will be ready for client inspection precisely at the appointed time, but will do our best to be up to color as close to the appointed time as possible. Due to the normal backlog of presswork and the expense of machine time and labor, beginning 15 minutes after the press check appointment time clients will be charged the prevailing rate per hour in 30 minute increments for time the press is idle due to their tardiness. (current hourly rates range from $75 to $450 and are subject to change without notice).
