Sales Professional
Our business is booming and we are adding a sales professional to our team. You would be responsible for developing new customers while strengthening long-term client relationships.
Our projects can be large and include plenty of repeat projects. You would be working with existing clients while going after new business (and there are plenty of opportunities...plenty! The entire Florida panhandle is underserved).
Although we have a big slate of business, once inside you’ll understand that we operate as a close-knit team that appreciates and helps one another. You’ll participate in meetings (but not too many meetings) because we need your feedback to constantly improve our service to our clients.
You will go through training from day one so you can hit the ground running. You’ll have a mentor who is there to help you succeed. And you will make money.
There’s plenty of flexibility, which works well for the right person but that’s not for everyone. We aren’t looking for a warm body. We are looking for someone who has the makings of a true professional sales representative.

- Strong written, verbal, and persuasive communication skills.
- Strong account management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to anticipate issues and proactively troubleshoot.
- Strong computer skills; comfortable with communicating via email, conducting internet searches.
- Ability to work in a highly deadline-driven environment.
- Demonstrate ownership and accountability.
