Key Accountabilities
- Show success in the performance of all duties for proper completion of our wide format print jobs.
- Demonstrate proficiency in operation of a Roll to Roll, Flat Bed Press and Routing Cut Table.
- Take ownership of the entire process including reading, understanding and successfully executing our wide format project orders.
- Show a commitment to excellent quality standards.
- Possession of strong project management and timeline skills.
- Adherence to safety measures for yourself and others and a desire to comply with all OSHA safety requirements.
- Ownership of maintenance duties of equipment/computers and surrounding work areas; ensuring they remain in proper operation, calling for wide format press maintenance when necessary, and notifying team members of maintenance.
Demonstrated Competencies
- Proven experience operating a wide format press.
- Experience operating a Roll to Roll, Flat Bed Press and Routing Cut Table.
- Ability to read and interpret press orders.
- Dedicated to meeting deadlines
- Knowledge of the operation of the press equipment and a sharp eye to foresee operational issues.
- Ability and initiative to troubleshoot when problems arise.
- Ownership of equipment maintenance and ability to set up service when necessary.
- Excellent, professional, and clear communication with team members and other staff involved in your project.
- Strong ability to organize and manage projects from start to finish in order to meet deadlines.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 40 pounds, reaching, bending, walking, standing, stooping push, throughout an 8-10 hour shift.
